Chandrashekhar Balagopal

Co Founder

Chandrashekhar Balagopal worked in the IAS from 1977 - 1983. He resigned at the age of 30 to take up a new role as an entrepreneur. He was the founding Managing Director of Peninsula Polymers Ltd. better known as TERUMO PENPOL which went on to become one of the largest makers of blood transfusion bags in the world. He retired from active business in 2012 and has since been engaged in investing, writing, mentoring start-ups, catalysing and supporting social enterprises in rural areas. He co-founded ANAHA Trust with his wife Vinita Nambiar.

Vinita Nambiar

Co Founder

Vinita Nambiar set up and ran a successful HR placement services company in Bengaluru that catered mainly to the IT sector. She was the Trustee of VOICES, an NGO that specialised in communication and social welfare, aimed at rural communities. She co-founded ANAHA Trust with her husband Balagopal Chandrasekhar.

Piyush Dixit

Piyush Dixit is Co-Founder and Executive Coach at Tanmaatra Consulting, a partnership venture he founded with his wife Prachi in 2013. Tanmaatra provides executive coaching to senior leaders in organizations, and counselling to individuals, couples and families. Before 2013, Piyush worked as a software engineering professional in the IT industry for nearly 30 years, in several technical and leadership roles with multi-national companies like SWIFT, Motorola, Freescale and NetApp. His deep passion for people-development came to the fore while volunteering at a mental-health NGO during his IT career, eventually inspiring him to switch his career and professional identity.

Anup Bansal

Anup Bansal co-founded Mitraz Financial in 2010 with the mission to help clients realize their aspirations through prudent financial planning and investment management. He was at Motorola and its spin-off Freescale in various engineering and software development functions before starting Mitraz Financial.

An engineer by training, and entrepreneur by heart, Anup is passionate about building businesses that are fertile ground for innovation, and creativity and have the right governance principles, team culture, and individual development opportunities. His key interests include retirement planning and making a difference in our communities with the efforts of Anaha Trust.

Tariq Aboobake

Tariq Aboobaker is the Managing Director at Amicorp Trustees Pvt.Ltd and has over ten years' experience in Private Clients Wealth Structuring, Private Banking, Succession Planning & Trusteeship Services. Prior to moving to the banking industry, he has spent a considerable amount of his working career in the Telecom Space. He carries the expertise of setting up new ventures and has been instrumental in setting up Estate Planning Services for various organizations, starting with Centurion Bank (CERMA), HDFC Bank post its acquisition of Centurion Bank, and then Warmond Trustees.

Pradip Phanjoubam

He founded the Imphal Free Press, a leading English-language daily news which is one of the two most widely read newspapers in Manipur.
